Mad Catz wishes to extend to you an opportunity to become a Mad Catz Authorized Reseller of our full lineup of video game accessories, including our new officially licensed sports controllers (NFL, NBA, and MLB). Our program is designed to authorize qualified Resellers to procure products directly from Mad Catz at wholesale pricing. As part of the qualification process, Mad Catz requires all potential Resellers to submit an application. Applicants can apply online at
store.gameshark.com/apply.asp. All information provided by you will only be used for the purpose of considering you for the Mad Catz Authorized Reseller Program.

The Mad Catz Authorized Reseller designation is granted on a case-by-case basis to Resellers by Mad Catz in its discretion and is also subject to the applicant meeting the following minimum requirements:
Be a legal business entity (i.e., corporation, LLC).
Possess a valid Reseller Tax Exempt ID.
Agree to all the Mad Catz Authorized Reseller Program Terms, available upon request.
Possess a working email address for communication purposes.
