How do I place an order? Back to top

To place an order just follow these easy steps:

1. To add an item to your shopping cart, click on the "Add to Cart" link found on each product page.
    
   • This will take you to your Shopping Cart, which shows all the items you have added with the desired quantity for each product.
   • To order more than one item, type in the desired quantity and click the "Update" button.
   • You may also remove items from your Shopping Cart by clickng the "Remove" link.
   • If you wish to do more shopping click the "Keep Shopping" button.
      
2. If you have an extisting Coupon Code, type code in to the given field. Discounts will be reflected during the checkout process.
    
3. When you have completed shopping you can proceed to checkout by clicking the "Checkout" button.
    
4. Existing customers will be prompted to log in. If you are already logged in, you will be prompted to enter shipping and billing information. Click "Submit" to proceed.
    
   • New customer will be prompted to create a new account. (Click here to learn how)
      
5. The Checkout page will display the complet details of your order. Select the desired Shipping Method.
    
6. Enter your credit card information and click "Place Order" to complete your order.

If the order is shipped within the following state(s), sales tax will be charged the corresponding percentage:
CA: 7.5%
FL: 6%
TX: 7.75%

All other states will not be charged sales tax. Depending on your state law, the purchaser is responsible for paying any sales or use tax that may be associated to their purchase.

Pre-Orders Back to top

When you place a pre-order for a product, you will be asked for your shipping and billing information. As soon as the product becomes available, it will be processed and shipped out to you automatically. We will only charge your credit card AFTER we have shipped your order. PayPal payments are not available for pre-orders.

Note: Because these items may arrive in stock at different times, each pre-ordered item must be processed separately for shipping. If you want to order in-stock items also, please order and checkout with those items first, then come back to order any pre-order items.
