How do I track my order? Back to top After an order has been shipped, a shipped confirmation email is sent containing order details and a FedEx Tracking number. Your order can be tracked via FedEx.com using the given tracking number. You can also track your order by the following steps:
Email Notification Back to top Once you place an order with Store.GameShark.com, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been submitted. A second email will follow after the order has been shipped. This email will contain your order details as well as shipping details, including a FedEx tracking number. Proccess Time Back to top All in-stock orders are processed daily, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) at 8am PST. Orders placed at Store.GameShark.com after 8am PST are processed the following business day. Any orders submitted on Friday are not processed until the following Monday. Delivery Time Back to top Delivery time is calculated by adding the processing time with the shipping method you have chosen.

When calculating your delivery time, do not include weekend days or holidays. Cancellations Back to top Once an order has been processed, it can no longer be cancelled.
