Returned products must be in the original packaging and include all original contents, including manuals, inserts, cables, accessories, and parts. We reserve the right to limit returns to only defective or inoperable products. Such products will be replaced with a similar or like items of equal value upon return. Store.GameShark.com may request additional information to verify proof of purchase.
Store.GameShark.com does not accept returns for products returned more than 30 days after delivery, products that have been opened or taken out of the original plastic wrap, or products not in its original condition.
Please do not mail Store.GameShark.com any products that do not meet the above criteria as we cannot return the items to you or issue refunds for the shipping. If your product is inoperable or defective, please contact Mad Catz Customer Support before mailing us the product to avoid any unnecessary inconvenience.
To return a product:
- Submit a Ticket or call Customer Support at 1(909) 801-3428.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item(s)*. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 10 business days of our receiving your return.
- All returns must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before shipping merchandise back to Mad Catz.
- Refunds will reflect the original purchase amount and will not include shipping.
- Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned merchandise.
- Should you return an order that was purchased during a promotional discount or special offer, you will only be refunded for the amount of the original purchase. An order number or invoice number may be required to verify proof of purchase.

Once an order has been processed, it can no longer be cancelled. Please refer to our Return Policy to learn how to return your product for a refund.
Orders that are still in "Pending" status may be cancelled in the "My Account" section.
To cancel an order:
- Click on "My Account" found at the top right corner of any page.
- Login in with your email address and password.
- Click "Order History"
If an order is in "Pending" status, there will be a "Cancel" button next to the Order#. Click to cancel the order.
- Your order history allows you to view your order receipt, check the status of an order, and track the delivery of your package.
Once the order has been cancelled, the status will change to read "Cancelled". An email will be sent confirming your cancelled order.
NOTE: Once an order is placed there is a chance that you will be unable to cancel your order before it ships. Please do not send e-mails requesting to cancel your order. If you are unable to cancel your order through “My Account”, please contact a customer support rep at 1-800-659-2287 during our normal business hours and we will do our best to cancel your order. When you purchase from Mad Catz, you purchase quality. We put our products through comprehensive tests to ensure the highest reliability and compatibility. You will probably never encounter a problem with our products, but if you should experience any difficulties, Mad Catz offers a replacement warranty on this product. Mad Catz warrants to the original consumer purchaser that this product is free from defects in either material or workmanship. If a defect covered by this warranty occurs, Mad Catz, at its option, will repair or replace the product at no charge. Mad Catz' products are tested to withstand normal wear and tear, but are not indestructible and can be damaged if misused. The Mad Catz warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or abusive use. This warranty does not apply to products used for any industrial, professional or commercial purpose. This warranty does not apply to products damaged by abuse, misuse, modification or tampering, or by any other cause not relating to either materials or workmanship. If a replacement is necessary and your product is no longer available, a comparable product may be substituted at Mad Catz' sole discretion.
