HOW TO PLAY: The promotional period begins on Friday, November 23, 2007, at 9:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) and ends on Monday, December 31, 2007 at 11:59 PM PT (the "Promotional Period"). Entries must be received no later than 11:59 PM PT on the last day of the Promotional Period.
There are two ways you may enter:
A. Mail-in Method: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter by mail, submit a 3 1/2 x 5 inch postage paid postcard (limit one post card entry per household) complete with: 1) Full First and Last Name; 2) Complete Address; 3) Telephone Number with Area Code; 4) Email address. -in entries must be postmarked during the Promotional Period.

B. Internet Method: All purchases of $25 and over on the GameShark Store (http://store.gameshark.com) are automatically entered into the drawing (no entry limit, excludes GameShark Store Marketplace purchases).
Submitting an entry will constitute acceptance of, and compliance with these rules. Winners shall be notified by e-mail. Mad Catz is not responsible for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind, lost, or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions which may limit an entrant's ability to participate in the contest. In addition, Mad Catz does not assume any responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, illegible or postage due entries or mail. Mad Catz reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes should virus, bugs or other causes corrupt the administration, security, or proper play of this sweepstakes. Entries not satisfying these Official Rules will be automatically disqualified.
PRIZES: 1 Microsoft XBOX 360 (Standard Edition), 1 Sony PLAYSTATION 3 (40 GB Version), and 1 Nintendo Wii will be given away. Winners and consoles will be randomly drawn on January 4, 2008. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions will be allowed. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery of prizes.
PRIZE REDEMPTION: Winners will be notified via email. Once notified, winners must reply back to the email notification to claim their prize. Failure to reply within two weeks of notification will result in giveaway disqualification. Unclaimed prizes will be randomly redrawn.
ELIGIBILITY: Promotion is open to residents of United States only. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification. Where permitted by law, winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility of liability/prize acceptance within 14 days of prize receipt. If the winner is a minor, then prize may be awarded to winner's parent or legal guardian. By acceptance of prize, winners agree that Mad Catz, and it’s affiliate companies, subsidiaries, parent companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents will have no liability whatsoever for and will be held harmless against any injuries, losses and damages of any kind alleged to or resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in this contest. Winners agree to the use of their name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Employees of Mad Catz and its affiliated companies and their families are not eligible.
WINNER'S NAME: Names of the winners will be available on the store.gameshark.com and www.gameshark.com websites and consent to their name appearing on the website.
PRIVACY POLICY: Any personal information supplied by you to GameShark will be subject to GameShark’s Privacy Policy. By entering the giveaway, you are automatically registered as a member of the GameShark websites. As a result, you may receive additional email communication or promotions from GameShark as any of their members would.
