2. HOW TO PLAY: Follow the instructions above in the section titled "Mad Catz Rock Band® 3 Wireless Keyboard Giveaway". Submitting an entry will constitute acceptance of, and compliance with these rules. Winner shall be notified by e-mail. Mad Catz is not responsible for technical, hardware, or software failures, lost, or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions which may limit an entrant's ability to participate in the contest. Mad Catz reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes should virus, bugs or other causes corrupt the administration, security, or proper play of this sweepstakes. Entries not satisfying these OFFICIAL RULES will be automatically disqualified.

3. PRIZE: One (1) Rock Band® 3 Wireless Keyboard for Xbox 360®, PlayStation® 3 or Wii™. The drawn winner will choose the console platform of the prize upon being notified.

4. PRIZE REDEMPTION: Winners will be notified via email. Once notified, winners must reply back to the email notification to claim their prize. Failure to reply within two weeks of notification will result in disqualification. The unclaimed prize will be randomly redrawn. THE PRIZE WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL AFTER THE OFFICIAL US RELEASE OF ROCK BAND® 3, CURRENTLY SET FOR 10/26/2010. Allow 1-2 weeks for delivery after the expected ship date.

5. ELIGIBILITY: Promotion is open to residents of the United States only. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification. Where permitted by law, winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility of liability/prize acceptance within 14 days of prize receipt. If the winner is a minor, then prize may be awarded to winner's parent or legal guardian. By acceptance of prize, winners agree that Mad Catz, and it's affiliate companies, subsidiaries, parent companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents will have no liability whatsoever for and will be held harmless against any injuries, losses and damages of any kind alleged to or resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in this contest. Winners agree to the use of their name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Employees of Mad Catz and its affiliated companies and their families are not eligible.

6. WINNER'S NAME: Names of the winners will be available on the www.gameshark.com and store.gameshark.com websites and consent to their name appearing on those sites.

7. PRIVACY POLICY: Any personal information supplied by you to GameShark Store will be subject to Mad Catz privacy policy posted available at store.gameshark.com/help_placinganorder.asp Privacy. By entering the giveaway, you are automatically registered as a member of the GameShark Store website. As a result, you may receive additional email communication or promotions from Gameshark Store as any of their members would.
